Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) is named the World's Best Domestic Airport in 2013

Tokyo International Airport (Haneda)

Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport

Durban King Shaka International Airport

Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport

Denver International Airport

Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) has been named as the World's Best Domestic Airport at the 2013 SkytraxWorld Airport Awards held at the Passenger Terminal EXPO in Geneva.

"Tokyo Haneda's reputation has continued to grow since International flights were re-launched several years ago, but it is from domestic passengers where we received the majority of positive feedback. Whilst International operations expand, it is the well-established domestic experience that continues to be popular with the overall efficiency of the airport and excellent transport links being two of the key reasons passengers voted for Haneda in this year's survey" said Edward Plaisted of Skytrax.

Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport achieved a 2nd place finish with Durban King Shaka International Airport claiming 3rd position. Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport achieved a 4th place finish with Denver International Airport completing the top-5.
